We currently provide mobile anesthesiology services for professional offices in the greater Saint Louis metro (including several Illinois counties), as well as the greater Kansas City metro, and central, southwest, and southeast regions of Missouri. Since 2007, our company has successfully completed tens of thousands of cases in dental offices for patients of all ages. Premier Dental Anesthesiology (PDA) works efficiently with dentists in their office to coordinate and administer safe sedation during each dental procedure. Each anesthetic is personally provided by a state-licensed, board-certified anesthesiologist and a registered nurse. Our unique service allows dentists to focus on the patient’s dental procedure, whether minor or extensive, while we conduct the patient’s anesthetic care.

Our dental sedation team provides the finest standard of anesthesia care, no less than that expected at hospitals and surgery centers, and safety and quality are paramount to us. Our comprehensive service includes patient screening and pre-anesthesia instructions as well as satisfaction surveys and follow-up after the procedure. Premier Dental Anesthesiology is the first program of its kind to have earned the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) accreditation beginning in 2010. This award solidifies our company’s dedication to promoting patient safety, and we were re-accredited for yet another full term (3 years) by AAAHC in 2021. PDA is proud to meet and exceed safety standards and regulatory requirements, and we striveto consistently uphold the principles of quality improvement in patient care as we work collaboratively to improve our patient’s health. With our screening protocols, advanced equipment, and extensive experience, we are also committed to minimizing the impact of covid-19 on patients and staff members.
